Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team in the exciting powersports industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports, be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims submitted by customers and service departments.
- Verify the validity of claims by checking documentation and ensuring compliance with warranty policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding their warranty status and any additional information required.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including documentation and outcomes.
- Collaborate with service technicians to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development of warranty policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Provide support during audits related to warranty claims.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive or product warranties is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.50-$23.24 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
