Experienced Warranty Manager - Luxury Automotive Dealership
Ferrari of Atlanta is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to oversee all warranty-related processes. Key Responsibilities
The Warranty Manager will be responsible for the entire warranty lifecycle, from claim submission to final payment reconciliation. Primary duties include:
- Claim Management: Efficiently process, monitor, and finalize all factory warranty claims for Ferrari vehicles, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission.
- Compliance & Audit: Maintain absolute compliance with all Ferrari manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. Prepare for and successfully navigate internal and external warranty audits.
- Process Optimization: Establish, implement, and continuously refine warranty procedures to maximize recoupment, minimize write-offs, and improve the overall efficiency of the service department.
- Customer Satisfaction: Act as a final point of contact for complex or escalated warranty-related customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a resolution that upholds the high standards of the Ferrari brand.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on warranty performance metrics, including claim submissions, pending claims, and payment trends, providing insights to the Service and Fixed Operations management team.
- Training & Support: Train and provide guidance to service advisors and technicians on proper warranty documentation and submission procedures.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the dealership and the manufacturer regarding all warranty issues, policy changes, and technical bulletins.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Warranty Manager, preferably within a high-end luxury or exotic automotive dealership environment.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive warranty systems, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines. Previous Ferrari-specific experience is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Personal Attributes: Impeccable attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: Competitive annual salary, with a target range generally falling between $60,000 and $87,000+ based on extensive experience and performance.
- Structure: Salary commensurate with experience, plus potential performance-based bonuses/incentives.
