Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of responsive web design, with hands-on experience in Tailwind CSS, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing websites and web applications.

• Design modern, responsive websites and web interfaces using Figma and Photoshop.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into actual code using Tailwind CSS.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and improve design consistency across platforms and projects.
• Optimize design for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience strategies.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in web and mobile design.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in web design, especially with responsive layouts.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Advanced skills in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and asset creation.
• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design creativity and technical execution.
