Weekend Coordinator required, Saturday & Sunday plus hours start or end of the week

Based in Dublin this role includes:

• Rostering care worker calls for Dublin, Wicklow, Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary - ensuring that all customer care packages are provided as agreed. As we are a growing company we do expect to expand geographically in 2026.
• Ensuring rosters are done 4 weeks in advance, that all calls are covered, and that staff are happy with rosters.
• Managing all employee holiday leave effectively.
• Identify and address any operational issues arising relating to customer care packages.
• Managing and developing professional relationships with staff, clients and external partners.
• Responding to all client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing other administrative support as advised by Directors and participating in the emergency on-call phone service.
• Managing and monitoring staff files to ensure all company and compliance requirements are met in conjunction with HR department.
• Ensuring care staff are equipped with PPE supplies, uniform and name badge.
• Support and guide care staff from induction training to effective delivery of care.
• Developing care team capacity in recruitment alongside the Directors.
• Maintain up-to-date records of care service delivery.
• Weekly detailed reporting to Directors of the company on activities and observations of all elements of the role outlined.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €25,000.00-€28,000.00 per year
