Wire feed Welder.

4-Day Workweek | Ridgeland, WI.

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior welding experience and must be able to pass a welding test.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform wire fed welding on steel and aluminum components.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders.
Fabricate, fit, and weld parts to specifications.
Operate shop tools and equipment safely.
Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

Welding experience required (shop or field experience considered).
Candidates must be able to pass a welding test.
Strong Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Dependable, punctual and safety-minded.
