Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality structures, ductwork, and custom fabrications used across various industries. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metals accurately according to specifications.
• Use plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to shape and assemble metal parts.
• Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy components safely using cranes or forklifts.
• Measure materials precisely with calipers and other measuring devices; perform basic math calculations for dimensions and tolerances.
• Fabricate ductwork, structural components, or custom assemblies for manufacturing or construction projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols; inspect completed work for quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, or related manufacturing roles.
• Mechanical knowledge of machinery, tools, schematics, and blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with rigging procedures, crane operation, forklift handling, and plasma cutting techniques.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, press brake machines, and schematics effectively.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential to fabrication tasks.
• Construction experience or background in ductwork installation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
