We’re hiring an Account Associate to join our remote team. This entry-level position allows you to interact with clients virtually, understand their needs, and recommend personalized life and health insurance plans.

Responsibilities

· Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients

· Respond to incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to schedule online consultations

· Conduct virtual meetings to understand client goals and recommend appropriate insurance options

· Present life and health insurance products that fit client needs and budgets

· Assist clients through the application process with clear guidance

· Accurately maintain client records using CRM tools

· Stay informed about insurance products, licensing requirements, and market trends

· Work with internal teams to ensure clients have an excellent experience

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in sales, insurance, or client relations is helpful but not required

· Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently

· Basic knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting tools

· Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

· Ability to pass a background check

· Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,599.52 - $68,915.55 per year
