We've got an exciting opportunity for a Working Student - Social Content to join our Emmy Award-winning team, working alongside one of our partners - a leading global streaming service.

You'll be responsible for creating and delivering social media content on this key account with the help of a team of integrated producers, content managers, editors and designers. Reporting to the Social Content Director.

Passion for pop and internet culture. You will have a focus on community management, short-form vertical video, both ideating for and creating themselves, including a strong affinity with the creator landscape.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist in creating and managing social media content calendars for organic posts.
• Help write engaging copy for social media platforms in both English and German.
• Support community management efforts by interacting with fans and followers.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to create visual and video content (Reels, TikTok, GIFs, memes).
• Support coverage of live events and marketing shoots, including coordinating with talent where appropriate.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Support project management activities, including content planning and reporting.

• Currently enrolled in an active semester at a German university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (language or sports courses are not eligible).
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong copywriting skills in German for social media.
• Passionate about social media, entertainment, and pop culture.
• No prior experience required - enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
• Interested in community building, especially within fandoms and brand communities.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player with great communication skills.
• Able to balance studying and working simultaneously (cannot be during semester breaks or time off from studies).
