PVC Fabrications is a leading plastics fabricator and wholesale distributor, known for quality products and great service. As our business grows, we’re looking for a motivated Workshop /General Operative

The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop / General Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role making and assembling products for customer orders, you'll also be supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and finishing of plastic products.
• Operating workshop tools and machinery (training provided if required).
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials safely with machinery.
• Prepare and Pack Customer orders for dispatch.
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing facility or and fabrication role is desirable.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail is essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is an advantage.
