Description:
About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader - Portables, your role will be to:

• Clean portable buildings, including portable toilet blocks using equipment and supplies provided
• Complete basis repair & maintenance tasks on portable buildings, including toilet blocks; repair & seal flooring, replace trim, paint and patch walls, basic plumbing, replace doors & locks etc.
• Securely pack furniture & accessories in portables buildings for transport including tables, chairs, desks, fridges, microwaves etc.
• Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties to ensure a safe, clean and well organised work environment.
• Assisting qualified trades with portable building refurbishments and upgrades where necessary.

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with relevant transferable skills, a positive attitude and capacity for hands on, physical work. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Current driver's licence & reliable transport
• Handyman experience, including use of power tools (desirable)
• Relevant cleaning or labouring experience
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• A positive attitude & high regard for workplace safety
