Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for payment.
- Code and input invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and service providers.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly and annual accounts payable reporting.
- Prepare and maintain payment schedules for approval.
- Provide general administrative duties and support to the Manager
- Handle phone calls, filling, data entry.
- To monitor stock levels and coordinating items and quantities to purchase.
- Update Leave , Attendance and Medical benefits administration, proceed claim if there is any
- Ad-hoc assignment - admin , finance , operation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Certification in Accountancy.
- Meticulous, hardworking, matured, self-motivated and reliable
- Good team player and proactive
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
