Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vendor invoices for payment.
  • Code and input invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with monthly and annual accounts payable reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain payment schedules for approval.
  • Provide general administrative duties and support to the Manager
  • Handle phone calls, filling, data entry.
  • To monitor stock levels and coordinating items and quantities to purchase.
  • Update Leave , Attendance and Medical benefits administration, proceed claim if there is any
  • Ad-hoc assignment - admin , finance , operation.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Certification in Accountancy.
  • Meticulous, hardworking, matured, self-motivated and reliable
  • Good team player and proactive
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
