McCaffertys Bar Group are looking to hire an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable.
As an Accounts Administrator you will be reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
● BOOKKEEPINGBOOK KEEPING
● PAYROLL
● VAT RETURNS
● BANK RECONCILIATION
● PROFICIENCY IN SAGE ACCOUNTING IS ESSENTIAL
● GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
● PREPARING INVOICES EXTERNALLY & INTERNALLY
● PREPARING WEEKLY ACCOUNTS
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD :
● HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK OF THEIR OWN ACCORD.
● GOOD ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
● ABILITY TO WORK WITH MULTIPLE COMPANIES.
EXPERIENCE WITH THESUARUS PAYROLL WOULD BE PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL......
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
