Role Overview

As Accounts Administrator, you will be instrumental in assisting SHABRA’s accounts/ Finance department. You will work closely with the Finance Director and the accounts & Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Reconciliation
  • Manage and Support the accounts team, in Debtors collection and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Manage and support the accounts team, with month/ Quarter/ year end reporting.
  • Ensuring that payment allocation is completed daily/ Weekly/ Monthly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts/ finance filing
  • Monitor and generate invoicing.
  • Ensure customer service is followed in line with company expectations and procedures.
  • Ensure phone call are taken and support provided to customers, contractors, suppliers and all queries answered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €29,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
