ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Swinford Motors Group celebrating over 50 years in business and the Number 1 car retailer in Mayo wish to recruit an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Accounts Department.
The role will suit a candidate who is a qualified accounts technician or has equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate books of accounts, posting transactions
- Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Receivable, Bank reconciliations and general financial administration
- Process nominal ledger transactions and prepare monthly and yearly trial balances
- Purchase Invoice processing and maintenance of accounts payable ledger
- Credit control
The successful candidate will have:
· Relevant experience in a similar role
· The ability to work within a team but also to work on your own initiative
· The ideal candidate will be analytical and have excellent attention to detail
· Experience in a progressive commercial environment
· Excellent communication and team working skills
Pay: Commensurate with experience
