The Creamery Pub and Food Barn is looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid background in hospitality or retail accounts. We offer flexible hours, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who needs to work around family or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing weekly payroll and payroll journals
- Inputting purchase invoices
- Posting figures to the Profit & Loss
- Reporting from the Epps till’s into Sage
- Posting bank transactions
- Managing expense and credit card transactions
- Reconciling creditor statements
- Completing daily revenue sheets
- Processing weekly cash lodgements
- Maintaining the weekly music journal
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with payroll processing
- Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage sector is an advantage
