Kells

Skyway is currently hiring a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator. This role offers strong exposure across a broad range of activities and reports directly to the Finance Manager.

What the role involves:

  • Reviewing and processing supplier invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Completing supplier reconciliations and managing payment runs
  • Acting as a main point of contact for supplier queries
  • Reviewing and processing sales invoices
  • Debt collection
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Daily banking postings
  • RCT
  • Point of contact for Fuel Cards, Parking Tags and Mobile phone providers.
  • Processing inventory work sheets.

What they're looking for:

  • 3+ year experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or a general finance role
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work on your own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
