Responsibilities:-
- Provide administrative support (Data Entry/Filing)
- Daily operation (PO, DO, Invoice)
- Coordination with logistics department for receipt and delivery of goods
- Answering phone calls
- Handle office upkeeps
- Provide other administrative support and duties as assigned
Requirements:-
- Minimum 'O' Level and above
- At least 1 year working experience
- Abilit to work independently with minimum supervision
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Can start work immediately or within short notice
Others:-
- 5 days work week (Monday - Friday)
- 9.00 am to 6.30pm
- Location - Upper Aljunied Link
- Nearest MRT Station - Tai Seng
Salary - From 2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month
