Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, recording, scanning, printing and copying to management
- Perform data entry and file documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Assist purchaser in goods ordering
- Answer calls from internal and external parties regarding their inquiries
Requirements:
- Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Be independent, meticulous, a team player and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant with good working attitude
- Ability to multi-task with superb accuracy
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
