Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Conduct impactful conversations to highlight the value of offerings
- Handle objections and successfully close enrollments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in EdTech sales
- Graduate degree mandatory
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Presentation & Pitching Skills: 1 year (Required)
- Time Management & Multi-tasking: 1 year (Required)
- Basic Understanding of EdTech Products/Courses: 1 year (Required)
- Excellent English Communication (Verbal + Written): 1 year (Required)
