About Us:

We are a rapidly growing FMCG company offering a range of quality products including Multigrain Chips, Breakfast Cereals, Functional Beverages, and Hygiene Essentials. We’re expanding our team and looking for a result-driven Area Sales Officer to boost our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle primary and secondary sales in the assigned area
• Appoint and manage distributors and retail networks
• Drive order generation, route planning, and beat coverage
• Monitor stock levels, execute product promotions, and maintain in-store visibility
• Train and support Sales Representatives under your region
• Provide regular reporting and market intelligence to management

• Sales-Driven: Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth sales operations.
• Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales (preferred in snacks, beverages, hygiene)
• Sound knowledge of area-based distribution channels
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Owns a two-wheeler and smartphone
• Proficient in daily reporting and basic Excel
