Assistant Restaurant Manager job opportunity

The Unicorn restaurant, Dublin's oldest Italian Fine dining venue, is hiring for a restaurant manager and an assistant manager position.

Benefits;

extremely competitive salary salary up to 60k PA dependant on experience
Additional service charge shared out with team (large events are common)
Late nights are not common
well serviced for transport links in a very central location off stephens green

Role Requirements:

Experience 2 years in fine dinning essential
Have a can-do attitude
Problem-solving on own accord a must
lateral thinker
Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
Provides feedback, training and pre service briefings to the Team regularly.
Sets high standards for appropriate team behaviour on shift
Ability to handle pressure and busy periods.
Be clean, punctual, and professional in your work and appearance.
