Overview
Slocumb Law Firm, LLC is a national law firm with offices in Washington D.C., and Baltimore MD. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Baltimore, MD legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in litigation of Personal Injury law. This role is essential in providing legal support to our clients and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and contribute to case preparation, research, and litigation efforts.
Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and pleadings.
- Assist in the preparation for trials by organizing evidence and formulating strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to Immigration Law, Tribal Law Regulations, Securities Law, and Workers Compensation Law.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.
Skills
- Strong understanding of legal administrative processes within a law office environment.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents.
- Proficient in conducting detailed research to support case arguments.
- Knowledge of Immigration Law, Tribal Law Regulations, Securities Law, and Workers Compensation Law is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively litigate cases in court settings.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and court officials.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
