About Us:

We are a newly established, fast-growing used car dealership committed to providing quality vehicles and outstanding customer service. As we build our reputation and customer base, we’re looking for a driven, professional, and adaptable individual to join us in an integral role that combines sales with day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Position Summary:

The Car Salesperson will play a key role in growing our business by handling vehicle sales, customer interactions, and various aspects of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, including test drives
  • Negotiate sales and complete required paperwork
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and pricing
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory intake and vehicle preparation
  • Coordinate vehicle listings online (photos, descriptions, pricing)
  • Manage customer appointments and dealership scheduling
  • Maintain lot appearance
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and registration support
  • Help identify process improvements as the business grows

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License
  • Valid OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) Salesperson License (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable with technology and social media for marketing and communication
  • Passion for customer service and the automotive industry

Pay: $3,000.00-$7,000.00 per month
