Your ability to build relationships and understand customer preferences will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Assist customers in test-driving vehicles and navigating the purchasing process.
• Maintain an organized sales environment, including managing inventory and displaying vehicles effectively.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales support or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in math for handling transactions and financing options is essential.
• A background in sales management is a plus but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
