Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs while ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise in automotive repair will enable you to effectively communicate with both customers and service technicians, ensuring that all vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Utilize your mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Manage service writing tasks, documenting customer requests and technician recommendations.
• Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status and any additional services needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, promoting a professional environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive service management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in areas such as brake repair, diesel engine repair, tire service, and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with auto estimating processes and automotive repair standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to customers.
• Proficiency in service writing and managing customer relationships effectively.
• A background in auto service management is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
