A back office executive provides administrative and managerial support to enable the seamless functioning of the company. Unlike front office professionals who are the face of the company, they perform a backend executive job that supplements the front office jobs. Being more of a ‘behind the scene’ work, a back office executive carries out day-to-day operations that make the overall workflow efficient. From processing orders to handling inquiries, the back office executive job involves a plethora of activities that often require accuracy and organizational skills. With time playing a crucial role in the job, a back office executive’s jobs are time-bound, given that the workflow usually has fixed deadlines.
