McCaffertys @the pier is hiring for a
Bar/ Floor Supervisor
We are looking for a candidate who has a flair for managing people and Customer Service and has a bubbly and outgoing personality to join our team.
As well as displaying a talent for leading staff you must be able to demonstrate confidence in supervising all floor operations in our busy Bar.
Duties will include primarily assisting the Bar Manager and Assistant Manager ensuring an excellent customer experience alongside staff supervision and other supervisory duties.
Applicants should have previous experience in a customer facing role in the hospitality industry along with experience of staff management and food and beverage knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.50-€16.50 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abbey Quarter, Sligo, CO. Sligo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Food and Beverage: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
