We are currently looking to recruit experienced, friendly, sound and enthusiastic Bar staff to join our Tapped Late Bar and Kitchen team.
This Role involves working late nights
The ideal candidates must:
- Be customer focused
- Minimum 3 years experience in bar service
- Used to a fast paced environment
- Have a keen interest in only serving quality drinks
- Cocktail experience is beneficial
- A basic knowledge of whiskeys is also beneficial
Joining our team will give you the opportunity to develop important skills such as:
- Communication skills, by listening to customers, engaging, and building a rapport with them.
- Experience of working under pressure including managing a workload at busy times
- Developing an understanding of customer needs and using this knowledge to improve the business, for example, passing on or responding to customer's requests and suggestions.
- Building commercial awareness and the experience of working in a commercial environment.
- Working with regulations such as health and safety and licensing laws, and making sure that colleagues understand them.
Benefits:
- Pay rate varies between €15.00 - €17.00 per hour.
- Working with a good team within a busy and exciting work environment.
- Weekly wages from week 1.
