We are currently seeking a Bar Supervisor to join the team at Farnham Estate and help lead day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. Role/Responsibilities:

• Have high attention to detail in presentation standards
• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and support bar staff to maintain high performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure health & safety compliance
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling
