About the Role
Join San Telmo Brisbane — one of Brisbane's most anticipated openings for 2026— as a Full time Bar Supervisor. This is a key role working across the dining floor, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium CBD environment. You’ll work within a close-knit front-of-house team, reporting to a Restaurant Supervisor and receiving dedicated monthly appraisals & real professional support!
As an Bar Supervisor at San Telmo Brisbane, your duties will involve:
- Leading service from the bar to ensure smooth execution and consistently high standards
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of FOH team members
- Working closely with kitchen and floor teams to maintain strong service flow
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism, care and attention to detail
Skills & Experience
- Proven FOH leadership experience in a premium or fine dining environment
- Strong team management, coaching and communication skills
- Experience with rostering, recruitment and staff development
- Genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional guest experience
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or NZ Citizenship required
