Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision, ensuring each drink meets our high standards for consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and providing exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and managing waste.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and tracking stock levels to ensure availability and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and adherence to local liquor laws.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service, addressing any guest issues or feedback promptly.
• Contribute to the execution of creative drink specials and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging with guests and providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service and bar operations.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.
