We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to lead our bar and drinks program. The ideal candidate will oversee beverage operations, manage stock and suppliers, and ensure exceptional customer service. Strong leadership, creativity, and knowledge of wines, cocktails, food service and beverage trends are essential. Role/Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service, consistent quality, and an exceptional guest experience at all times.
• Oversee stock control procedures including ordering, receiving deliveries, inventory management, wastage reduction, and supplier negotiations to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, ensuring team members are knowledgeable in cocktails, wines, spirits, and customer service standards.
• Develop innovative beverage menus and seasonal promotions while monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, and sales performance to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Ensure all beverage operations comply with licensing laws, HACCP standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve financial targets through cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and weekly reporting on beverage sales and margins.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand representatives to secure competitive pricing, product availability, and promotional support.

€36,000.00 - €42,000.00 per year
