In business since 1996, we are constantly striving to create an electric atmosphere for each and every patron that enters our premises.

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Bookkeeping & General Office Administrator to join our team at Copper Face Jacks.

The ideal candidate would be a highly organised and highly motivated individual with excellent computer skills.

You will be working directly under the Head of Bookkeeping and HR. You will be responsible for bookkeeping tasks as well as additional ad hoc administration work. This is a fantastic opportunity if you wish to change career into a bookkeeping / accounts role or if you're a recent graduate who is unsure of the direction they would like to take. The role will give you a deep insight into the financial operations of a highly successful business. Learn about our key metrics, our KPI's and why we track them, and get a real feel for why the work you do is so important for the company.

We are a team at Copper Face Jacks, you will encouraged to contribute with suggestions and recommendations on all aspects of your work.

  • Roles and Responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

· Process invoices into our accounting software system, Xero. Keeping software up to date and accurate and adhering to deadlines.

· Assisting your supervisor with producing quarterly reports for management meetings.

· Analyse accounting data to gain insights and propose suggestions.

HR:

· Assist the HR Supervisor with any HR tasks.

General ad-hoc office work:

· As a member of our Admin team you will provide support with administration tasks.

  • Minimum requirements

· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a Business or Bookkeeping course.

· Fantastic computer skills (High level of IT proficiency)

· Strong communication skills

· High proficiency with Microsoft office365 applications (Specifically excel)

· Ability to work both as a team and alone

· Self-motivated

  • Preferred requirements

· A degree/diploma payroll processing or bookkeeping is preferable.

· 1+ years’ experience in a similar role

· Experience with Xero Accounting or a similar software

  • Extra information:

The base salary is dependent on your experience and is negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Additional pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • South Dublin, CO. Dublin (preferred)
