Business Development Executive (BDE) | Noida | Work From Office | Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-time
Roles Overview
This role is ideal for candidates with a technical/programming mindset who can understand client requirements and position web, mobile, and AI solutions effectively.
You will drive revenue growth by selling:
- AI-driven Web & Mobile App Development Services
- Custom Software & Enterprise Solutions
- iLytixeSchool (EdTech ERP)
- iLytixeCare (Hospital Management ERP)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and digital prospecting
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar online marketplaces
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, and other prospecting platforms
- Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
- Understand technical requirements and propose suitable AI/web/mobile solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
What we are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/Tech sales
- MBA / MCA / B.Tech (Mandatory)
- technical or programming understanding (SDLC, web/mobile architecture, APIs, etc.)
- Hands-on exposure to Upwork or similar freelance platforms preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and growth-focused mindset
