1.Key Responsibilities1. Business Generation & Revenue Ownership

• Bring in new business opportunities (students, corporates, institutions)
• Drive admissions for H Academy programs (HR training, internships, workshops)
• Build revenue pipelines and ensure consistent inflow of business

2. New Business Ideas & Expansion

You are expected to identify, propose, and execute new verticals, such as:

• Tuition / Coaching Centers
• Career Counselling Services
• College Admission Support (India & Abroad)
• Skill Development Programs
• Corporate Training Solutions
• Placement & Recruitment Services

Together we can own and execute these ideas

3. Partnership Development

• Collaborate with schools, colleges, and companies
• Create strategic tie-ups for long-term business growth
• Represent H Academy in external meetings and events

4. Lead Conversion & Counselling

• Interact with leads and convert them into paid customers
• Guide students based on their career goals
• Ensure a strong customer experience

5. Strategic Contribution

• Actively contribute to business strategy and growth plans
• Identify market trends and new opportunities
• Work closely with the core team to scale operations

Profit Sharing Model

• Revenue generated by the partner will be shared on a mutually agreed percentage basis
• Higher performance = Higher earnings (No fixed cap)
• Incentives for scaling new verticals successfully
