We're looking for a passionate, organized, and customer-focused Café Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in our beautiful Cafe located in the Botanic Gardens, Kilmacurragh.
If you have experience in hospitality, love coffee, and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for staff and customers alike — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations
- Lead and support staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle inventory and ordering
- Weekly Rostering with budgets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43 per week
