Butlers Chocolate Cafés require a Retail Café Manager for our café in Blackrock.
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Retail Café Manager to lead the team in Blackrock. The ideal individual will have a passionate for coffee, driving standards and who thrives on a challenge.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Ambition, confidence, enthusiasm with proactive attitude
- An interest in or passion for coffee and chocolate
- At least 1 years retail / catering management experience
- Analytically thinking ability / Decisiveness / Forward Planning
- Strong customer service ethic
- Experience in staff training
- Roster & Stock Control skills
- Retail experience
- Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Good coffee knowledge & barista skills (and advantage however not essential)
- A positive, energetic & professional outlook
- An ability to thrive under pressure and manage challenging environments
