Infinity Smoke & Vape is seeking a dependable, friendly, and responsible Cashier to join our team. This position requires someone with great attention to detail, a professional attitude, and a commitment to upholding state and federal regulations regarding tobacco and vape product sales. Must be 21+ years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Verify customer age and ID in compliance with Florida state laws.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and store policies.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and usage (training provided).
• Restock merchandise and keep the front counter area clean and organized.
• Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and balance register at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Monitor customer behavior to prevent loss and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Follow all store procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old (per Florida law).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in an environment where tobacco and vape products are sold.
