We are seeking a passionate, ethical, and proactive professional to join our Luciano’s Family!

Since 2004, Luciano’s Ristorante Italiano has been delighting guests with delicious Italian dishes inspired by the rich traditions of Naples and Northern Italy. Our cuisine is influenced by classic Italian favorites and flavors of the Mediterranean.

Come to work with us in an upscale fast-paced environment as a CHEF.

Chef Responsibilities:

Featuring Italian Cuisine.
Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
Overseeing all kitchen operations.
Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
Keeping up to date with industry trends.
Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.

Requirements:

Culinary school degree/diploma.
3+ years as a Chef in Italian Restaurant Concepts.
Time management skills.
Ability to communicate in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group.
