Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Executing all tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
2. Assist tradesmen and machine operators in construction projects
3. Unload and carry materials at construction sites
4. Use equipment to break old forms and structures
5. Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps (e.g cement)
6. Smooth and level new concrete or other materials
7. Clean out site from debris and discarded material
8. Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the company.
9. Expanding your skills by attending workshops and training sessions.
10. Effectively managing your time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
11. Cooperate with their employer with regard to safety, health, and welfare at work.
12. Participate in safety and health training offered by their employer.

Education Work Requirements:
Previous experience working in a team would be advantageous.
Proven experience as construction worker
Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers etc.
Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.)
Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods
Able to work in a team
Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
Further training may be required.
Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.
Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts).
Ability to remain professional at all times.
Full Irish Licence
C1 Driving Licence

360 Excavator Ticket

Salary - Depending on Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

• Full Clean Driving License (preferred)
• C1 License (preferred)
• 360 Excavator Training and Ticket (preferred)
