We are a NATA-accredited laboratory servicing Environmental Consultants, Mines, Occupational Hygienists, Government Departments, Industry, and the general public by providing great service and quality.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sample Receipt Officer to join our Perth team at our newly developed Canning Vale facility, working on-site from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure work orders and samples are accurately logged into the laboratory database.
This position is well-suited to someone who enjoys a predominantly computer-based role, working with systems while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review Chain of Custody (COC) documentation to ensure completeness
Sample ordering and addressing non-conforming samples with clients
Register and log client samples and work orders accurately in laboratory systems
Respond to client enquiries via phone and email
Liaise with laboratory teams to resolve sample or documentation issues
Maintain accurate records and update client information
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You will likely bring:
Experience in customer service, administration or laboratory operations
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Experience using databases or systems (LIMS experience is advantageous)
