The Mission Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, you will be the bridge between a visionary drawing and a successful project handoff. You’ll own the bid process, level subcontractors like a pro, and ensure our budgets are as solid as our builds.

What You’ll Do:

• Master the Takeoff: Lead drawing reviews and perform detailed scope analysis.
• Build the Network: Actively manage and develop subcontractor relationships to ensure high engagement.
• Be the Expert: Research material specs, pricing, and building codes across different jurisdictions.
• Field Action: Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and report findings to guarantee estimate accuracy.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3–4+ years in preconstruction/estimating.
• Tech Stack: Mastery of Bluebeam and MS Office is a must.
• Market Savvy: (Bonus points!) Knowledge of the DMV market (DC/MD/VA).
