Seeking an experienced construction project Estimator for a growing team.
- Must have 5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Must have experience working on education, senior living or healthcare projects
- Must be able to read drawings (structural, electrical, mechanical & plumbing), be familiar with take-offs, prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
- Effective interaction with contractors, engineers, architects, and team members is essential.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Experience with On Screen Takeoff and Smart Bid preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
