Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator who can script, shoot, and bring stories to life through engaging content. You’ll be at the heart of our social media presence, spotting trends, adapting them to the study abroad niche, and building authentic connections with students. This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with content formats, thrives on social media culture, and isn’t afraid to be in front of the camera.

The Charter will include

Script, write, and deliver engaging copy while confidently appearing on camera.

Create and publish short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) end-to-end—scripting, shooting, and editing.

Spot and adapt trends, memes, and cultural moments to make them relevant for the study abroad audience.

Manage content calendars, posting, and engagement across social media platforms.

Track performance metrics and continuously improve based on engagement and growth data.

Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life.

Ideal Persona Would Have

At least 1 year of experience in digital content creation (professional role, internship, or personal projects).

Hands-on experience running an active social media handle (brand, creator, or community) with consistent posting and measurable growth.

Experience scripting, shooting, or being on-camera for published short-form content.

Basic video editing skills (cuts, transitions, captions, Reels/TikTok tools).

Strong storytelling skills with a creative hustle mindset—constantly experimenting with new formats and ideas.

A visible portfolio or social handle that demonstrates creativity and measurable engagement.
