Manages and monitors assigned caseload of Beneficiaries participating in a rehabilitation program; develops program plan/goals and evaluates beneficiaries progress by conducting routine meetings with Beneficiaries and/or staff; serves as advocate for Beneficiaries in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment.
Education and Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of satisfactory employment experience working in direct case management, social services or related field. or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Licenses and Certifications
Certified Addiction Counselor (Certificates) Preferred but not required.
