Key responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and assist them upon arrival
- Direct customers to the appropriate sales staff or department
- ·Support floor manager with administrative tasks
- Coordinate with other departments when needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about fabrics, prices, and availability

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Time management skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, textile shop, or front desk role is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
