Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with internal departments, and support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in the manufacturing, construction, or steel structure industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Production, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, purchase orders, project updates, and pending payments in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Maintain customer databases, communication records, and follow-up reports.
• Regularly communicate project progress and delivery updates to customers.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate critical matters to management.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on customer interactions, complaints, pending issues, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Professional approach to customer handling and complaint resolution.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or sales coordination.
• Experience in the PEB, steel structure, manufacturing, or construction industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
