Zangaloro meat factory è alla ricerca di due figure da inserire in organico in qualità di customer service.
Si occupa di assistere i clienti durante e dopo l'acquisto di un prodotto o servizio. L'obiettivo principale è garantire la soddisfazione del cliente, risolvendo problemi, rispondendo a domande e offrendo supporto.
Le principali attività di un customer service includono:
- Supporto post-vendita
- Risolvere problemi con ordini o consegne
- Gestire resi, rimborsi o reclami
- Fornire assistenza tecnica o istruzioni d’uso
- Gestione reclami
- Ascoltare le lamentele dei clienti
- Trovare soluzioni efficaci e rapide
- Mantenere una comunicazione professionale e cortese.
Competenze richieste:
- Comunicazione efficace
- Empatia e pazienza
- Problem solving
- Conoscenza dei prodotti/servizi
- Uso di software gestionali e tecnologie di supporto
Contratto di lavoro: Part-time
