We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Ellerslie, Auckland.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in customer service or supply chain roles
  • Strong attention to detail with a professional and solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle tasks and resolve issues with confidence and care

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to enquiries and complaints via phone and email, ensuring a positive and timely resolution
  • Process customer claims accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, AR/AP, logistics) and external partners (freight, warehousing) to resolve issues
  • Support promotional and pricing claim resolutions
  • Maintain strong knowledge of systems and processes to work efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through responsive service
  • Provide back-up support to Customer Replenishment Planners (with potential site training)
  • Contribute to a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environment
  • Attend meetings and generate periodic reporting when required
