Customer Service Representative job opportunity

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and procedures

Education & Experience:

  • Any Graduate or Under Graduate with Excellent Communication skill.
  • Candidates with US Voice process experience will be preferred.

Job Location:

  • Madhapur, Hitech City Area
  • 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
  • Shift Timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM
